Quality control labs are playing pivotal role in ensuring quality control of food grains. Therefore, monitoring various lab activities on real time basis would ensure better operational planning, quality control of food grains as well as quality assurance to consumers and regulatory bodies and will also bring more transparency in the system.
AI based automatic food grain analyzers and automatic moisture meters are being engaged in quality assessing of food grains, to minimize human intervention. Quality control Labs are being used by trained technical personnel.
